Whether you are preparing for birth or recovering postpartum, you will learn practical tools to move throught this chapter with more ease, knowledge and trust in yourself. 

Kia Ora, I am Emma

A mama of two, a Pre- & Postnatal Yoga Specialist, a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula (UK), and a certified Body Ready Method® Pro based in Wellington, New Zealand.

Once a banker, now a yoga teacher, birth educator and doula, my passion for this work began after the dreamy and empowering birth of my first child. Since then, I have never looked back. Through years of teaching, learning, and growing, I have come to believe that birth is a transformational, deeply personal and embodied experience, no matter how it unfolds.
