
Prenatal Yoga & Movement
Our prenatal yoga and movement course is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy journey and beyond. In each session, you'll learn evidence-based tools and techniques to help you feel strong, mobile, and confident as you prepare for birth and postpartum recovery.

Here’s what we’ll cover:
- Yoga and functional movement techniques to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, pelvic girdle pain, scitica, pelvic pressure and breathlessness.
- An understanding of the core and pelvic floor muscles — their role during pregnancy, labour, and postpartum healing.
- Breathing techniques that support core connection, reduce stress, and improve comfort during labour and birth.
- Body-balancing and self-massage techniques to build physical stability, improve mobility, and encourage optimal fetal positioning.
- Smart, practical movements and labour positions to use during birth — plus mindset tools to help you feel calm, focused, and prepared.
Whether you're planning a vaginal birth, cesarean, or hoping for a VBAC, these classes are here to empower and educate you — so you feel ready for the journey ahead.
