- Yoga and functional movement techniques to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, pelvic pressure and breathlessness.
- An understanding of the core and pelvic floor muscles, their role during pregnancy, labour, and postpartum healing.
- Breathing techniques that support core connection, reduce stress, and help labour and birth unfold with more ease and comfort.
- Body-balancing and self-massage techniques to build physical stability, improve mobility, and support your body work more efficiently during birth.
- Smart, practical movements and labour positions to use during birth, plus mindset tools to help you feel calm, focused, and prepared.
Whether you are planning a vaginal birth, cesarean, or hoping for a VBAC, these classes are here to empower and educate you – so you feel ready for the journey ahead.
