Private Sessions with Emma – Personalised Care for Your Journey

Feel supported, informed, and ready – through pregnancy, birth prep, or postpartum recovery. These 1:1 sessions are tailored to meet your body and your needs.

As a certified Pre- & Postnatal Yoga Specialist, Body Ready Method® Pro, and Birth Doula, I bring together yoga, breathwork, body-balancing techniques, and evidence-based tools to help you feel empowered, confident, and more at home in your body.

You're welcome to come on your own, or bring your partner and/or baby.

 

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • A personalised movement and breath practice
  • Body-balancing techniques or myofascial release to help relieve tension and manage discomfort
  • Birth or postpartum-specific education, tools, and support
  • A tailored follow-up summary to support you beyond the session

These sessions are ideal if you:

  • Want to prepare for birth with less fear and more confidence
  • Are recovering from a C-section, assisted birth, or planning for a VBAC
  • Have experienced a complicated or traumatic birth and are seeking support for this pregnancy or postpartum (whether weeks, months, or years later)
  • Are experiencing pelvic girdle pain, back discomfort, sciatica, diastasis, or pelvic floor symptoms

 

Investment

$200 per 90-minute session

$550 for 3-session package
