These one-on-one sessions are designed to support you physically, emotionally, and practically through pregnancy, birth prep, or postpartum recovery. Each session is tailored to your body, your experience, and the support you need most throughout this special journey.
As a certified Pre- & Postnatal Yoga Specialist, Body Ready Method® Pro, and Birth Doula, I bring together evidence-based education, yoga, breathwork, and body-balancing techniques to help you feel more comfortable, empowered, and connected to your body throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
You are welcome to come on your own, or bring your partner and/or baby.
90-minute private session
A personalised session designed to support your changing body, prepare for birth, or nurture recovery after birth.
Your session may include:
- Tailored movement and breath practices to support strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation
- Body-balancing techniques or myofascial release to ease tension and discomfort
- Birth or postpartum education specific to your circumstances and goals
- Practical tools and guidance you can continue using at home
- A personalised follow-up summary to support you beyond the session
These sessions are particularly supportive if you are:
- Preparing for birth and wanting to feel more calm, informed, and confident
- Recovering from a caesarean, assisted birth, or preparing for a VBAC
- Navigating pelvic girdle pain, back pain, sciatica, diastasis recti, or pelvic floor symptoms
- Seeking support after a previous difficult or traumatic birth experience

Late Pregnancy Birth Preparation
2-hour private session created for the final weeks of pregnancy, this extended session offers dedicated space to prepare your body and mind for birth.
Together, we focus on improving comfort, creating balance in the body, and helping you feel more grounded and prepared as labour approaches. This session is especially valuable if you are feeling anxious about birth, feel the urge to prepare but are not sure where to start, or are preparing for an induction and would like to optimise body balance before labour begins.
During the session, we may explore:
- Breathing techniques for labour and nervous system support
- Movement and positioning to encourage comfort and optimal baby positioning
- Body-balancing and hands-on techniques to create more ease in late pregnancy
- Practical strategies for labour, birth, and partner support
- Space to discuss your questions, preferences, or concerns in a supportive environment
You will leave with practical tools, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of trust in your body and birth experience.
Investment: $250 per 2-hour session
