In our Mums & Bubs Yoga II course, we continue the journey of learning and growth from Mums and Bubs Yoga I, while also welcoming new parents to join the class.
No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

Here is what we will cover:
- Postnatal yoga, functional movement, and myofascial release (self-massage) to continue rebuilding strength and mobility after pregnancy and birth.
- Stretching and releasing tension in the shoulders, back, and hips, areas often affected during the early months of parenthood.
- Breathing practices and mindful movement to support recovery and everyday wellbeing.
- A supportive, baby-friendly space to deepen your connection with your body and enjoy movement alongside your little one.
- Suitable from around 4 months postpartum until baby is confidently crawling, with options tailored to your unique postpartum journey.
Whether you are continuing from Mums & Bubs Yoga I or joining for the first time, these classes will nurture your body, support your recovery, and help you connect in community with other mums while sharing this journey together.
All classes are recorded, so you can catch the replay if you miss a session.
