Here is what we will cover:
- Yoga and myofascial release (self-massage) to relieve tension and discomfort in areas like the neck, shoulders, and lower back.
- Breathing techniques and core connection practices to support healing of your pelvic floor and abdominal wall.
- Functional movement to build your postnatal foundation and restore full-body balance, helping you return to other exercise with confidence.
- Holistic, embodied approach that honours your unique birth experience and the emotional shifts of new parenthood.
- A warm, baby-friendly space to connect with other mums and build a supportive community.
- Suitable for parents with babies from 6 weeks old until pre-crawling, with movement options tailored to your unique postpartum journey.
