Mums and Bubs (Postnatal) Yoga & Movement 

Our postnatal yoga and movement classes are here to gently guide you through recovery, rebuild core strength, and release the physical tension that often comes with early motherhood. Each session includes safe, functional movement, and breathwork to support your postnatal journey — all with your baby by your side.

Starts July 24th, Wairoa Johnsonville, Wellington


Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • Yoga and functional movement to relieve tension and discomfort in areas like the neck, shoulders, and lower back.
  • Breathing techniques and core connection practices to support healing of your pelvic floor and abdominal wall.
  • Gentle strength and mobility work to rebuild your postnatal foundation and restore full-body balance.
  • Holistic, embodied approach that honours your unique birth experience and the emotional shifts of new motherhood.
  • A warm, baby-friendly space to connect with other mums and build a supportive community.
  • Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (after medical clearance) until baby is confidently crawling.

 

Whether you're navigating your first postpartum experience or returning after a previous birth, these classes are here to support your healing, movement, and motherhood journey.
